For automated designs to function, a well-organized content library must be created. To create this content Library, we first understand the product and how it is manufactured. While we learn the production process of the product, we gather the requirements which the design must satisfy.
Once all the required information is obtained, we begin creating models of each part comprising the finished product. These parts are designed to be compatible with programing and malleable through dedicated forms. Each part may be easily modified to any standard variation required.
Sub-Assembly and Assembly
Often a product will be composed of many parts that are assembled together. The main assembly can be composed of sub-assembly and parts. Therefore, we also create sub-assembly which are compatible with programming and also malleable through dedicated forms. All of which can be integrated into main assembly models which are also compatible with programing and malleable through dedicated forms.
